The EFA will award a limited number of travel grants to help selected PhD students attend the conference.

Guidelines

• Applicants should
  • be PhD students in finance, financial economics, or a related field;
  • have completed at least two years of their doctoral studies;
  • be EFA members in 2024;
  • provide their CV, the name of their supervisor, and a statement from the supervisor confirming that the applicant is enrolled in a PhD program.
• Preference will be given to job market candidates in the upcoming academic year (2024-2025).
• Students do not need to have a paper on the program to be eligible.
• Students accepted for the Doctoral Tutorial are not eligible.
• Applicants who have received an EFA Travel Grant in the past are not eligible to receive another one.
• The amount of the Travel Grant is €400.
