We have secured rooms in hotels close to the conference venue. These options expire and, therefore, need to be booked as soon as possible.
Please note that the contracted hotels hold reserved rooms for us until June 30th, some even shorter. Due to their business policy, they will gradually release available rooms for sale afterward. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to wait until the last moment to make your reservation.
The price below includes breakfast and VAT but does not include city tax. The city tax is €3.50 per person per night.
